1–2 capsules daily. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after taking them. Start 5 days prior to travelling and continue during the entire duration of the trip.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Keep refrigerated until opened. The product can be kept for 30 days at room temperature once opened."
