Back-Order Policy


Backorders/ Out of Stock


Sometimes an order that you have placed on your behalf may be back-ordered or out of stock. If your entire order is Out of Stock, your order will be canceled.

Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or back-ordered by the store. If this is the case, we will take the action which you requested during checkout. We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations.


Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our depot. We do not make partial shipments. (depend on products).

If you have ordered more than one item in your orders, in the case when a single product is on backorder, we’ll ship it out as soon as it is received. Once any back-ordered product arrives in our warehouse, we automatically ship that product to you, along with any of your other back-ordered products that aren’t in stock at that time. There is no extra charge and Absolutely free shipping.


What does it mean to be on backorder?


A customer order that cannot be filled when presented, and for which the customer is prepared to wait for some time. The percentage of items back-ordered and the number of backorder days are important measures of the quality of a company's customer service and the effectiveness of its inventory management.



What does it mean when an item is back-ordered?


The back-ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order in which they were placed. You will be notified via a confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back-ordered items are shipped.



Can I get a Refund from my back-order list?


Yes, just Contact Us, we will process the refund to your card. it normally takes 6-8 days or sooner.
