Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1-2 servings (1-2 scoops) depending on personal tolerance. Combine each scoop with 6 oz. of water, mix until completely dissolved and drink 15-20 minutes prior to exercise.Do not exceed 3 servings per day. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Best when taken with food and maintain proper hydration. This product should not be taken in combination with other stimulants or caffeine based products.

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dose. This product contains caffeine equal to a cup of coffee. This product is intended for use by healthy adults between the age of 18 and 60.
